Medium dark ruby in color. Nose full of spice and dark red fruit, incense and a touch of herbs. Palate is full, bright, mouth filling and juicy, cola , cherries, pomegranate, mint. Lovely balance of acidity to tannins. Finishes long… Always loved star anise spiced dishes with this one.
