The ABV (alcohol by volume) on this one got away from me a bit, it’s what happens when you’re a small producer and you get lost in the queue. Medium ruby in color. Creamy, pleasant nose, green tea, cedar and raspberry preserves mark the aromatics with a hint of rhubarb. Velvety entry on the palate with fennel, red apple skin, red stone fruit and cranberry ticklers. Really has a lot of cherry pit like tannins which give the wine it’s backbone. Juicy, dry and satisfying. Drinking well now. All about femininity. Pair with light Asian influenced dishes, such as pork, quail, duck, etc.
