Solid medium ruby in color. Crème de Cerise, a bit of toastiness on the nose with red raspberry, plum and framboise with black tea undertone. Changes in the glass rapidly and becomes more sauvage like with herbal and brushy tones. Rich and explosive on the palate, juiciness wrapped in satin. Cherries, cherries and plums galore, with a lovely long finish. Fruit driven. Great acidity, soft tannins. Cellar or drink now. One of a kind in a lifetime! For me, pairs well with well-made gourmet pot stickers.
