Rich ruby red in color, bright and clean. The wine literally jumps out of the glass upon pouring, with notes of violets, coriander, spices and red and black fruits. Perfumed to say the least in an elegant and understated sexy way. Complex and writhing in the heat of passion.

The palate runs juicy with red and black fruits, plums and cherries with hint s of pomegranate ad citrus rind. A touch of Earl Grey tea, a tannin that moderates the fruitiness and lends structure. Beautifully balanced.

Will grow richer and more luxuriant in time, but if I were you or you were me, drink now!

Well spiced Asian duck comes to mind. As always, one of my personal favorites.
